Andrew is a founding partner and managing director of GI Procurement. He has over 15 years’ experience in international trade, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
Andrew is a highly motivated, energetic and proactive leader.
He brings demonstrated experience in planning, managing and monitoring projects within a project management framework to achieve established goals and objectives.

Founding Partner
Graham is a founding partner in GI Procurement. He brings over 40 years’ experience in the worker accommodation village industry, throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific Region. As a director of GI Procurement, Graham brings his wealth of experience, industry contacts and business acumen to the company.
GI Procurement is a major supplier to Graham’s other companies; Qantac and QCV. As founder and owner of Qantac, he services mining, construction and infrastructure companies in both the government and private sectors.
Qantac specialises in the building, supply, installation, transportation and
management (including catering) of worker accommodation villages.
Graham also performs the role of Managing Director in the QCV Partnership, which is equally held by Qantac Group and Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd. The QCV Partnership was formed to build, own, operate and hire worker camps and villages to clients across Australia.
